Job Description:

Are you a highly motivated and commercially minded leader with a track record in leading property services?  As Head of Housing Property Services for Enfield Council you will deliver real change in our Asset Management, Stock Reinvestment and Repairs Services.

About you

As the successful candidate, you will bring invaluable expertise in housing property services with a local authority housing service, social housing provider, or private sector housing maintenance company.  You will bring outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to deliver transformative change that improves customer outcomes.  Experience of leading supplier relationships will be critical.
